I'm sorted, just in time
(and I'll get a free fluffy Meerkat
)!
Flux took the funds 4 days
(3 working days) before the renewal date
- I always forget and get them to refund me and get fined by the bank if I'm not on the ball.
.
.
.I don't really think it's on so I've left them after 11 years.
Here are some figures.
.
.I'm 33,
£950-worth of Mk2 UK Coupe, protected 11yr no claims, partner
(27) as named driver, kept on drive, 5000m/yr, SP30 3pt/£60 last year, 3 mods
(brakes
/ exhaust
/ alloys), driving for 14yrs, Sigma SG20 Thatcham Cat Two Alarm/Immobiliser.

The compare the market ones excluded glass cover
(+£10) and personal injury
(+£30) in TPFT, was normally included in Comp and with most of the other companies.
I added the glass and ended up with
£294 TPFT with Admiral via Compare the Market.
I had expected to get a better deal from a specialist and emailed all of them
- next year I'll ring them all to give them a better chance and more time to get a good price!
Footman James and Sky did seem to have better cover for what it's worth, and Heritage even offered some trackday cover! Worth noting for next year!
