People always take the time to complain about rubbish service but rarely ever take the time to talk about good service.
Long and short of it
*Bought a Thermostat*Was wrong one.*sent it back *got refund 
All with the minium fuss and brilliant comms. Now this may sound like it is to be expected the places i've been too and they faff about causing lord knows number of problems went you are simply trying to get a refund. Could not recommend enough.
