[Mk2] [NA] Help please Sony Xplod wiring

Hi guys

I just replaced my Sony CDX-R6550 with a Sony BT-3900U, the wiring blocks were identical and it worked straight away, but the back speakers are not working the old stereo had a BUS CONTROL in at the rear but the new one hasnt, it also has 2 BUS IN slots and the new one hasnt, it has front AUDIO OUT and REAR / SUB Audio out*4. I guess these are to do with the active stereo system which seems to be original, 2 speakers behind the seats......can anybody shed any light please.

Did you run your last stereo through the RCA outputs or through the HU internal amplifier (i.e. through the wires on the connector block?)
