I took a datalog of the stock sensor as measured by the ECU, it takes over 8 seconds for the sensor to start registering a rise in temperature even at full throttle and 1 bar of boost

The stock sensor seems to only manage to measure the temperature of the manifold itself rather than the air flowing through it!
