It's a 2 man job in my experience.

One on the clutch pedal other underneath on the clutch slave bleed point.

Basically this way worked for me*:

Topped up reservoir
Open bleed on slave
Clutch in and hold
Close bleed on slave
Clutch out
Open bleed on slave
Clutch in and hold
Close bleed

and keep repeating the process until there is no bubbles present in the fluid.

Also always keep an eye on the reservoir level.

After cursing and swearing at mine for days trying to do it by myself I had it done using the above in 10 mins with a friend to help.
