Not only did they explain the current shortage of calipers hence no stock but (Lynn I think it was) did some digging and got one sent up pretty quick. Called me to say it was on it's way and remind me to return my old one for core refund. Refunded my returned unit damn quick as well. All in all a very nice pleasant and easy set of transactions.
