Hello Matey,

I've got a set on my tubby, had Teins previously, which were way too hard, Eibachs are not too hard and not too soft IMO. Fitted with Yellow Bilstein shocks. Good combo.

How much are they brand new then, I've totally forgotten?

Doesn't sound bad at all, depends on condition & mileage, kit would have been at least 500 I would say. Do you know the make of the struts?...

struts

Post by mickey boy »

Hi, i am tempted, they come with bilstein struts , i have seen them they dont look to old just a bit dirty, my other concern is how much they will drop the car by, as my drive is quite steep.
Cheers Mick.

Although I'm personally on Teins I believe the Eibachs drop about 30mm but I also think that quoted figure is from the slightly higher rev1 ride height. That said I wouldn't expect too much of a drop from old saggy rev3 springs.. perhaps 3/4 of an inch or 20mm or so.
