1994 MR2 rev3 GT Turbo t-bar

Post by pa402 »

The time has sadly come to sell my MR2. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car for the past 4 years, covering around 25k miles being the only UK owner

77,500 miles
MOT until Jan 2012
Taxed until June 2011
Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser (with certificate)
T-bar removable roof with covers
A/c and climate control
Lots of electics, all work
PAS
Completely standard apart from a short shift gearstick

I have maintained this car to a high standard since ownership. It has a full service log since its been in the UK. Minor servicing has been performed by myself, major servicing by James at 3S’s. Oil changed every 3000 miles with fully synthetic high performance oil (most recently around 500 miles ago). Cambelt was swapped just over a year ago and it came with a new clutch. Comes with Toyo Proxes on the rear and goodyear’s on the front. Plenty of tread left. All in all it has been a very reliable car. Car has never been raced or on a track.

Being as honest as I can there are some minor faults:
• There are a couple of scraps on the front bumper by passenger wheel arch
• Low fuel warning light is constantly on. Gauge still works perfectly.
• I will be taking my cd player out of the car so it will come with a standard cassette deck/radio. The cassette deck doesn’t work very well from memory.

If I get asking price I will throw in spares I have for the car, including new front brake pads (not that they are needed), a drop link and 5L of oil.

I also have a performance exhaust for this car that I plan on selling separately but can be negotiated as part of the deal if required.

Grab yourself a very quick and reliable car ready for the summer.

£2,300 ono

The bumper scuff can be seen if you look closely at the first picture - underneath the side indicator. Can get you a close up pic tonight if you like

Very slight fading on roof, rear wings and engine lid but still polishes up really well.
