I bought the car in August last year from an ad on mr2oc.
Clutch went soon thereafter 
Happens I guess. Since then I have driven it in the wet, snow, frost, you name it
- never failed to start or miss a beat, even after 2 weeks on airport parking!Car has 114900 miles.
Used as a daily driver, not a weekend toy, so mileage will increase.Partial service history; previous owner
(mr2oc.uk club member) serviced the car himself, so there's dealer history until circa 2006, after that spotty. Cambelt done by the dealer at 70k, I did it again at 110k.Since I've aqcuired the car, it's always been serviced by Luke@Pacific Works.
He can tell you himselfhow much love and money and time I've put into it!
Have a browse through my posts on this forum and you will see exactly what little niggles I sorted out over the time.
Work done in my posession:
- clutch (108k miles) - rear brake calipers (both sides) - coolant flush, new thermostat as old one was sticking & ran a bit cold - cambelt (110k miles, previous done according to receipts at 70k) - 4 new toyota shocks (tcbparts),Tein S-Tec springs (hard) (november), recent droplinks all around - Blueflame exhaust + decat - rear brake discs and pads (2k miles) - front brake pads (recent, couple hundred miles) - plugs, rotor, dizzy done 2k miles ago - both handbrake cables - new alternator (TCBParts) - recent - NO RUST - recently re-done both sills including some welding and paint at a cost of 200 notes.Car is UK spec, cloth seats, no rips or tears.
Sony headunit with AUX in + standard mr2 amp/speaker system.Standard wheels refurbished by the previous owner in black
+ Falken tyres on both axles with loads of thread.Car has a black matte turbo engine lid
- original included shall you want it.Car has a Cat 1 Toad alarm
- certificate included. 3 keys (2 with a fob, 1 master from toyota), original Toyota service books, folders, etc.Bad bits:
Paint.
Being a red car, thats mostly been outside, its faded on some areas, specifically,the inspection panels
(easy to replace!), bootlid, around sunroof. It's not bad, as you can see in the pics, but could definately use a good machine polish.
Bonnet & bumper have usual chips.Never bothered me too much but its important to mention.
MOT runs out soon
- 05 April 2011. TAXed till 31 March 2011. Will probably need a cat for MOT.Mechanically the car is in excellent condition; doesn't use oil or coolant, drives well.
No klonks or bangs.Most reliable cheap car that i've ever owned by far!
Price
: 1350, but I am flexible! car needs to go so let's talk!. There is a fair amount of money put into this car since August, but I am well aware that it needs to be seen, sniffed, looked at, etc etc.
