It's not often a company dispatches an order before you've even placed it, but this is exactly what happened recently to me!
I'd put something on Facebook about failing the MOT from a split steering rack gaiter and phoned Rogue to see if they had any in stock. Unfortunately Lyn was in a meeting at that point so I left my details for a call back. I wasn't able to take the call when she returned it, so she just put them in the post anyway as Patrick had seen my Facebook post and figured they would be urgent.
