I am selling my MK2 on Pistonheads at the moment.

The advert is one of the free non premium ones and so is hidden at the end of the listings after the first ten pages of adverts

(set the search to- price Hi to Lo and look for the price of 1050).

The advert reads-

This car is a UK model 1993 MR2 with limited slip differential and Thatcham approved immobiliser fitted.

In May of 2007 the 3S Service Centre

(specialist Mr2 and Celica experts) supplied and fitted a 42,000 mile rev2 turbo engine complete with new clutch, cambelt, cambelt bearings and GTS Chris downpipe.

The total bill for this work came to over two and a half thousand pounds.

Since then I have changed the following items- radiator

(new), front shock absorbers

(new Toyota Kyb), rear shock absorbers

(new Toyota Kyb), front top mounts

(new kyb).

hand brake cables LH

& RH

(new), Front and rear drop links

(new), front and rear calipers

(fully reconditioned), Front and rear stainless steel braided brake hoses

(new), front and rear disks and pads and shims

(all new Toyota), front and rear suspension ball joints

(new blue print), ignition leads, distributor cap, rotor arm

(all new Toyota), all four alloys recently reconditioned and powder coated, recent Toyo tyres all round with four wheel laser align.

There are hundreds of other smaller parts that have been renewed that I cannot list here for lack of space.

It drives beautifully as you would expect with practically new suspension and brakes.

I have never taken it on the track and do not drive it hard.

It has passed its MOT only a couple of weeks ago.

the only downside of this car is that it has had a respray that is not of the best quality.

If the paint was perfect I would be asking

£2500 but since it is not perfect I am asking for only

£1050.

I am selling bcause I am getting too old for this car and never use its performance these days so there is little point in having it.

Any questions regarding this do not hesitate to give me a call on 07880824035.
