And you should 100% sign up for Rhon's Wales Run's, they're fab, Rhon and her hubbie are some of the friendliest people (and best BBQ chefs) in the world. The run we did from the border to Aber was amazing and ended with a near beach BBQ!

And you should come to the IMOC track day in September - even if your just spectating or getting passenger laps for free.

I'm sure there are some people on here who wouldn't mind :twisted:

did want to try and get to this trackday, but it clashes with a dog agility competition which i've entered. will endeavor to make it to a track day tho' - its a 'must'.

how did you get your lights like that Jo?

Is it a sleepy eye kit conversion or something. :-k

Mine go down normally if I do that....im sure there is a conversion kit on Jo's car..... :-k

someone posted a while back on how to do it. there's someone selling a so called 'kit' to do it on ebay and someone from imoc brought one to see what you got and all it was in the kit was a few wires and resisitors and things.

bit tired at the moment but i guess i could dig out some info if you're really interested later tomorrow :mrgreen:

I have seen the kit on ebay and I recall the article in one of my old mk1 club magazines.......no worries Chris...I'll have a dig over the next few days.... :wink:

Its a sleepy eye kit from ebay - and yes all you get is a 3-way switch thingy and some resistor thingies (and good instruction leaflet)
but hey-presto it works, and v.cheap fun modification
