Even with the exhaust issue, the car is perfectly driveable I should point out. The car is at my home in Sussex.

I would be happy to drive it anywhere, it's just a bit noisy!

I took the V6 out for a run on Friday, and it reminds me what a great car is, what a wonderful sound they have.

By contrast I drove the litre MR2 300 miles yesterday, and, I couldn't say it's hard work, it's not, but definitely have to plan to keep the revs up, whereas the V6 power is just there' available, even from 3rd to 5th gear under 2000rpm.

yes you have dibs on it until I get back as we've agreed. The reason I posted the 'bump' was someone in the office saw photos of it over my shoulder, in showing them the as I realised the msg had slipped down. Immediately I bumped it I thought 'oops what will james think', hurriedly looked for a delete key, and there isn't one.

Over to the good side of the dark side You'll absolutly love it!

I ran mine with no exhaust at all and it is loud!

Soon as the centre pipe and back go on it just gives a roar from 100rpm to red line!

Pretty much one of the best experiences in my life driving that V6, so easy. You can keep it in 4th where normally I had to drop to 2nd in the 3sge.

I bet you will have a smile all the way home and you will not want to stop driving it
