adrian flux - utter horse poo

Post by stealth »

They're not on IMOC as far as I know, but thought I'd share my experience.

Insured my second car with Adrian flux, sent all paperwork off.

Got a letter saying they didn't have all the paperwork so I sent it again, as luckily I always photocopy all paperwork like that. I also emailed them a copy just to be sure.

Today I received a letter saying they've cancelled my policy because they don't have all the paperwork. ](*,)

Just phoned them and after been on hold for over 20 mins (OK its prob busy being a Saturday) and they're just getting round to processing my information this morning :?

So if they have the info they need why send me a letter cancelling it? I gave them the info over a week ago, what took so long???!!!

Woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic about it, though. Adrian Flux are such a pain with all the paperwork!

Wish I'd gone with Sky like I did with the MR2 :thumleft:

Hi Dan,

It's all sorted now, thanks anyway. But why do Adrian Flux have pages of paperwork for us to fill in? It just puts people off, I've never had another company do it.

Hello,

Glad to hear it all got sorted.
We are the Broker and the Insurers will sometimes require additional paperwork to finalise the Insurance. it can be Proof of No Claims Bonus, If you are under a certain age it might be your Drivers License, or if you are saying you are doing limited miles per year. It can vary on which Insurer you are with.

Regards,
Dan.
