


Insured my second car with Adrian flux, sent all paperwork off.


Got a letter saying they didn't have all the paperwork so I sent it again, as luckily I always photocopy all paperwork like that.



Today I received a letter saying they've cancelled my policy because they don't have all the paperwork.

Just phoned them and after been on hold for over 20 mins





So if they have the info they need why send me a letter cancelling it? I gave them the info over a week ago, what took so long???!!!

Woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic about it, though.


Wish I'd gone with Sky like I did with the MR2
