How to fit a dump VALVE and a few Qsssss!!!

Hi guys new to all this i want to fit a dump valve to my mr2 turbo rev 2 pls need photos as well would be very help full ? i have a full exhust and filter at the mow!!
what boost can i run ? the car came with a boost gauge and a bleed valve the bull and spring 1 its was all ready fited it seems to boost to around 12 psi then slowly drop to about 9psi the higher the revs go is this ok ? many thanks

you want an Uprated Intercooler if your increasing the boost

oh and Rev2 + Dump Valve dont mix, dont do it. I had one and it sounded great but you loose performance. I went back to the standard recirc dump valve and the response on gear change is very noticable, Stock recirc is the only way forward for Rev1 / 2's

As above, dump valve on a REV1/2 is a bit of a no no!

The boosting sounds right, the CT26 turbo you will have fitted does drop off boost a bit at the top of the rev range.

ok if i fit my filter will i get waste gate sound or any think ?

You wont get any Wastegate chatter / sounds But depending on the air filter you will Get an Amazing Turbo Suction / spooling noise and you will be able to hear the stock recirc valve going off. . I have a HKS Mushroom filter and the sound is amazing from it
