[Mk2] [NA] trying to sell rims

trying to sell rims but was told my post was wiped and void because im not a premium member, fair enough, so i tried to use my card details to become a premium member but it wont let me for some reason, so then i click where it says contact imoc but the screen just goes blank!!!!???? all i want to do is become a premium member and sell some rims, who can i contact? :?: :mad:
