Boost hose diameter

Post by The TVIS Kid »

I've done a search but can't seem to find the diameter of hose i need for the turbo to ebc and to/from the actuator. I guess it's about 5mm but does it matter if you use 6mm or 7mm? Is it better to get a smaller diameter or slightly larger?

slightly smaller is better as you'll get a tighter seal, takes more effort to put it on but at least it won't pop off either. You can guess what happens if you use bigger bore piping. I bought some stuff from Hong Kong as it was really cheap but Halfords are local and open on Sundays
