How much boost should a standard Rev 3/4/5 tubby be producing? Tried searching but no joy.
Also whilst on the subject. How much boost are the CT20B's (Thats what's on the Rev3+ ain't it?) good for?
Cheers

At what boost pressure does the turbo become inefficient?
0.9 bar is standard, boost is ok for 1.2 bar(around 290-300 bhp) with supporting mods of course.
After that the air temp will significantly increase which will probably end up in you losing power.
Spot on thanks buddy, exactly the answers I was looking for?
Next, what duty are the injectors running as standard? Uprated injectors needed for upping the boost?
I am guessing that the easiest & safest way to adjust fuelling is with an Emanage or similar?

the standard injectors are good for around 330 bhp on a rev3 but that will be at their limit. The standard rev3 ecu is ok and can handle upping the boost, Adding a full standalone may yeild an extra 10/20 bhp but is it really worth it when you take the costs of the ecu and mapping into consideration
Okay, so when you say "supporting mods" what do you mean? Induction, decat, exhaust?
I have searched but there isn't really anything in th knowledge base.

Pretty much, maybe add an intercooler or st205 chargecooler to that list plus boost controller
