Im loving the sound of this MR2 - what mods would i need in order for mine to sound like it?

Ive got a downpipe, dual exhaust etc etc but this one sounds like a jet when the turbo hits...

it's got a TD06 with external wastegate on it.

the noise you hear is the screamer pipe

big bank balance or cheat other mr2 owners out of there money and buy all the gear (exactly what that bloke did aparently)....

ps, im talking about the smg one, its owned by someone on here, who recently had it rebuilt at rogue, as it was on stock internals.

i think he's refering to the guy with the 800hp car. im sure i aslo heard that the original owner ripped people off for the cash to build it. some american company i think.

As was talking about the White big hp US car that the owner ripped people off and got banned from there forum.

I was talking about yours in reference to that Japanese video as I knew someone on here bought it, ie you.

Would it flutter like that with the stock turbo?

Would it be difficult to fit one to my motor? Im running a Rev 2 with 3" downpipe and upped boost. Stock CT26 Turbo.

You need a turbo with with an external wastegate, so know it wouldn't be difficult, but it would cost you a LOT of money!

This was mine running last year (when it only had a baby 315hp) you can hear the screamer pipe. It was so loud in the car; personally I love it!

Problem with my side-exit exhaust now is that it is so loud, I can bearly differentiate between it and the screamer!

Wow, those are all awesome videos with great MR2 engine sounds but I would have say that this one is my personal favorite. Although I really don't like the looks of the car at all but way the engine sounds is amazing
