Started making calls and sending emails. No response for about 2 weeks. Finally got a response after about a month saying there was not enough info on order. Sent email back saying what further info was needed as order was clear and he had taken our payment. No response for about another 2 weeks. Got p*ssed off and started threatening police / small claims court to get response. Finally got another response saying he would issued a refund. That took about another 2-3 weeks to come through.Never once got any explanation of why the bushes werent sent or any sort of apology.
Nothing but hassle. Word of warning to others.
