Left a message on a recorded line for them to call back.
I then get an email approx 3 hours later asking for details, including past history of cars driven???
I wait 24 hrs and chase them up with another email and am informed they are looking into it.
....That was Tuesday 7th July....i am still waiting. 
If they could not insure me, it would be nice to be told.
