Speedo stopped working???

Car is a 1995 rev3 turbo, rev counter still works. Just stopped working this morning???

Is it an easy fix???

Is it throwing any codes whilst driving? When my speedo stopped working it used to throw the speed sensor code randomly. I think 9/42 iirc

So it's either gonna be a wiring issue or the speed thingy on the gearbox.

edit: oh just realised you are probably using a standalone so may not get any fault codes

Doesn't the Power FC tell you if a sensor etc is faulty?

Save yourself a lot of head scratching matey and pull the sender out of the gearbox!! Chances are the cog has came off the end. Its the easiest thing to check and the most likely cause of ya trouble!!

got in my car after work AND.......its working fine again!!! is there something i can look for because there must be a loose conection somewhere!!!
