Halo ODST bonus feature unavailable outside US

Well Bungie have s**t on us again - seems like the bonus feature in Halo ODST is only available if you pre-order AND you live in the US The only retailers giving the bonus to date are in the US ( e.g. Amazon.com ) and they list the game as being unavailable for postage outside the US

They did the same with the Flame Warthog in Halo Wars too

It's not a download - its a keycode e-mailed to you to unlock the feature
