so if i was to go down that route id need to change the injectors for say 800cc ones and then the pressure regulator aswell?

once i have done that i will then have to get something to control the injectors? Power FC or the SAFC or whatever it is?

i was cosidering using the Power FC but im gonna stick with the Rev3 ECU and setup just to get used to the big change over standard BHP figures

2e sounds like the standard toyota stamp on them to me it normally determines there size

so with my list of mods on this engine, do you think i should acheive the 300 mark quite easilly?

Rev3 ECU and fuelling setup obv
CT26 Hybrid (i think its the 48mm compressor wheel) if i set it to 1.1 or 1.2 bar
induction kit
Uprated intecooler
Blitz decat and turbo elbow into a 3 1/2" exhaust
Grade 7 plugs and KV85 leads

i think it should be possible mate, before you start raising boost just get it on a dyno to check you fuelings ok,WARNING at some point thou if you have a standard rev 2 headgasket it will let go, the more boost you put through it the sooner it will go

yeah the plan is to have it mapped and well ran in before doing so!

i aint taking any chances with it. The head is off and away getting ground along with the block so i have a super smoth surface for the steel gasket to go on

yeah i have ARP head studs which i removed from my last build that went wrong due to tensioner failure. I used a cometic MLS gasket on that.

Im going to get another one of these gaskets but should i retain the standard thickness or go for a 1.2 mm?

the thicker the head gasket the more boost you can run but the less torque you may have lower down,(due to lower compression) although with the head & block face shouldnt be much different from standard i would go with the 1.2mm should be fine thats what i used to run, i now run a 1.6mm HKS

ok turns out that the engine is a rev1 instead of a rev 2.

does this make it any easier/more difficult?

Got the Rev3 engine loom yesterday.

was comparing the differences today and noticed that some of the plugs are different on the Rev3 loom compared to the Rev 1 loom. Fuel pump relay one and 1 or 2 others. can i just swap these plugs over from my rev1 loom?

also the rev3 loom doesnt have a single connector that goes to one of the sensors on the water housing connected to the head, is this needed as the rev 1 loom had it
