As you say its not too hard i've not done it recently but from memory; take off the hardpipe going from the IC to the TRC TB, unplug the electrical connectors on the TRC TB, undo the 4 bolts that hold the TRC TB on

(They're surprisingly long!) and it should tilt forward, to get it all the way off you need to unplug the coolant lines that pass through it.

One of the reasons i use iridium plugs that are good for 60k miles.
