1997 Toyota MR2 GT Rev 3

been on here a few weeks now, so thought id introduce myself. My names Karl, just bought a 97 Rev 3. fell in love as soon as i laid eyes on it... it isnt perfect, but that will be sorted in due time.

Currently completely standard other than 15″ Wolfrace alloys fitted with 195/50 tyres on front and 225/50 on rear

hi m8 nice lookin mr2 you have there. it does indeed look like a rev3 and therefore couldnt of been manufactured in 1997, this would make it a rev 4 i think....

It's a rev 3 mate. Rev 4 imports had passenger air bags on the dash. Also, it's L reg which equates to 1993-1994. It has a rev 3 steering wheel too.

Red, I think thats a private plate so it could be a younger car. Does look like a REV3 though.

Nipples, are you mistaking the year first registered in uk with the actual year of the car? Maybe it was registered in the uk in 1997.

its a rev 3. steering wheel, lack of airbag, and the front toblerones give it away.
