Rev 5 turbo 569bhp

Post by shane34 »

Hi sadly it's time to try and let's this go.

I have owned this for 5 years as of a few days ago. It's been amazing car has never let me down, obviously been lots of development and learning as you do with these types of car.

Second child and a very time intensive business it means I get zero time.

It's garaged and on a ramp so any inspection can be done with ease.

The car is very unique in its over the engine exhaust and out the middle. It's been like this for at least 3 years or so, no issues with this set up. Oil temps are lower which is a bonus.

I have a few ways to sell this

12.5k as it is
11.5k without seats
10.5k and bring your own wheels. How ever big brakes on the front so you might have issues

The car really needs nothing, however there are some jobs which I was planning to do this year, wire tuck being the 1st, then maybe mount the engine fans separate to the phoenix power lid.

But really it's a perfect base to enjoy and make your own.

Last round of improvements involved the below

January last year
Full service cam belt water pump, new sensors wiring for the new link G4, new aquamist set up, afr ECU protection, mapping £3000 spent. This set up made 500 flywheel at 1.6bar. on a gen 1 gt35.

July new turbo g25-660, injectors dynamics, fuel rail, custom-made inlet dual plenum, new oil and pressure sensors. Mapping, this was circa £4000 not including labour.

We did a compression test after the Dyno just to check everything was good. 162 162 160 160 so spot on.

July Genuine BBS LM refurbished costing £750

November full machine clean and ceramic coating £500.

Was never planing on selling as you can see the spend in the last 12months however I don't expect to get chance to really to enjoy it.

eBay add.

What a beast  Always had a soft spot for this car :thumleft:

For your reference the ebay advert comes under parts and accessories. You'd be best changing it to cars for sale / toyota.
