I've removed a few, they are actually quite easy to remove, harder to put back in mind, use the string method, every time I've put one back in (twice) the seals are fine , this may be because they are pretty robust or how careful you are removing them.

Hi, I own a SC with the fensport pulley mod. I run 195/50/15,
I also run a n/a with 196/45/16 these are the biggest wheel I would run on a mk1.

On a mk1, if your running stock power, 215 is way to wide, 195 is optimal. Even 205 will tramline, it's the offset and stud/spacing that will Hogan actual wheel sizes more.
This is just my opinion, but one that a good few mk1 owners probably share. Happy wheel hunting

I believe there is or at least was a white over gold SE in the UK, but it was starting to look a bit scabby and also the previous seller was asking a bit much considering its condition. Looking forward to piccys.
