Re: Simply Japanese - Beaulieu

Well, lets hope there is some :sunny: The weather last year was dreadful. There were more people sheltering in the cafeteria than looking at the cars. My umbrella got wrecked by the wind and I got soaked. It took me most of the way home with the heater on full blast to dry out. Yeah, i ended up not...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Fuel pump replacement - Walbro OEM/Toyota/Walbro 255LPH

I cant see how the pump was replaced without removing the tank?
Unless a hole was cut in the inside of the car to access it?

oddshoes wrote:What would be the benifit of putting rev3 cams into a rev2 head?

not an awful lot. You still got the limits of the rev1/2 head.

I looked into this and it just wasnt worth the hassle at the time for me.
It would mean the head would need reshimming etc and mine had just been redone.

Re: 540cc rev 3+ injectors

But the rail only holds the injector so the flow volume wouldnt be affected in the rail is bored? Surely its the injector size that deals with the flow volume?

Ive looked into the rev3 ecu swap and they have all bored the fuel rail or used a wolfkatz one.

Re: Noble M12 GTO-3R...

Lovely motor...probably one id trade my mr2 in for. I love the fact that they are quite rare on our roads and dont see much of them. Makes them that bit more special. Think i would have kept the red harnesses just because i like the way they stood out. What are they like to work on, engine wise? I t...
