The garage say it's a sticking handbrake lever on the back of the NSR caliper where the cable attaches rather than stretche...

As above. Does Toyota still sell 'em or are there alternative suppliers? If not is it down to trauling breakers yards? Oh, same question on door mirrors too. Mine has the 'hinge' too loose now so the view is obscured by vibration. Apparently there's no fix so replacement is the only (and expensive) ...
