Re: MY Tubby and me !

I enjoyed reading that write up and little story - keep posting updates please. And you will need an m10x1.25 helicoil kit to repair that exhaust stud if the threads are gone. You did well - I wound up helicoiling every exhaust stud on my head.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Warped Exh Manifold

It should be fairly easy to get that manifold face decked flat - I would suggest, if you are stuck, contacting Peter Gidden at sbits as he has access to a number of machine shops or as it might be closer to you try Nathan at Century Motorsport - again he has access to machine shops. Hope this helps ...

Re: 3SGTE Roadster - update 13.2 @ 108mph 1/4 mile

Not tempted to turbo the 2zz? Nah, 3SGTE is a far better engine IMO. Wish I'd done a Honda K20 instead of the 2ZZ, might have liked it better then. hmm thats interesting as a while back I posted up a video of a turboed 2zz mk3 and it looked like a good set up and Patrick of Rogue fame put in a posi...

Great project but also an excellent buyer be-a-ware. That mark 1 looks really tidy in the pictures - not saying its not solid or was a bad buy etc. its just a surprise whats going on below the 'skin' hope this project gets completed. Watching with interest.

Agree with the el-glow but as I was a boy racer MacDonald car parker last time I owned the car and fitted them it was well cool and added 100hp Only 100 H.P. ? you bought the cheap ones then! I have a decent set of 'el glow' dials from speedhut with the adjustable invertor and I really like them, n...

I think thats more likely to be an engine oil cooler rather than gearbox - you can see the stock cooler points and cooler tube in the picture above that aftermarket oil cooler and I can't...

I've looked at this a few times.. I'd love a fiber bonnet but just can't justify nearly £300 quid on something that would make the front end even lighter Do the job properly and it won't make the front end lighter - it will in fact at higher speed help to push the front down a bit - well that's the...

Re: carbon engine lid for £200 group buy

Will they be made from carbon fibre or will it be a carbon skinning? And is it carbon creations you are dealing with in the USA? just ask because of shipping costs, import duty VAT etc.
