when you say up to temperate, is that just idle running temp... your going to have to take it for a blast! other than that try fuel additive mate, injector cleaner, RON increase, V power the lot and then stick the probe in. check your sparks too. i had a N/A few years back, used to fail unless i too...

i got the shroud but not the spal kit, main reason because your reducing gap the air can pass through when driving... ok granted with the fan on its going to be better than the stock, but when its off its gotta reduce the air passing through it.

50-60 miles to a quarter of a tank is pretty much the same as I get on my Rev3 tubby with exhaust, downpipe and ARC airbox. I tend to get 230-240 miles to a tank, or if I do a stint on the motorway 260-300, depending on how much squirt I give it. Thats good to know, i get bang on that mpg for my tu...

Hi mate, yeah I thought it could be something like that but I have changed the sender and I still have the same problem, In the exact same position, it's like it sends the wrong voltage to the gauge but I have no idea what else to try..

hmm they should still be fine then, my old N/A i had to go for a short 5 mile blast, reverse into the test station and do the test right away for it to pass... i know they can be awkward. unfortunately my knowledge on emissions is not that great... so hopefully someone else can post.. So cat and lam...
