Tony, we picked up our cars from the importer on the same day back in 2002, I had a red rev 4 turbo.

It's a shame to see you are selling such a great motor, I hope she goes to a good home!

Just so you're aware Barrie, there was *very* limited batch of fully convertable Mk.2 MR2s (under 100 made) .

Admiral were good when I had my first MR2.

Can't remember the premium now, but it was fairly competitive even compared to old MR2DC club scheme.

god....i dont even know if a left hand drive mr2 even exists in the UK...it would probably be easier (im using that term very loosely!) to v6 convert a RHD uk car and then have that converted to LHD when it goes to portugal....thats an absolute nightmare to do though....not even sure if all of the ...

Isn't there a code quoted in the gearbox type no. that tells you if LSD is fitted?

Could be where the ABS has been gone faulty and the previous owner has disconnected the dash light to pass an MOT.... just a possibility by the way.

any more peeps got a view on this (im on the look out for a rev3 at the moment) If you're looking at a 1997 car, that would make it a REV4 model... all of which came with ABS as standard, plus a small number of other changes such as clear front indicators, diamond polished alloys, revised stereo e....

I payed much less then that fully comp. on my rev5 n/a t-bar when i was 19! Plus the car was only a year old at the time, so I think you're being ripped off somewhere along the line!
