[Mk2] [Turbo] Calling all ST205 CC peeps

Ok, Just fitted the throttle sock and thhole in the rocker cover with the huge spacer in it, two bolts bolting it in. Would I need to find two bolts that are the right length to fit back in? There seems to be oil coming from the holes and I dont think this is left just as it is, but i've found nothi...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] HKS TURBO

The hot pipe from the turbo is bigger indeed yes but that is a very sensible change for anyone who is a little serious about power. The standard BOV mount was right where the turbo blew into and can't have aided airflow. The inlet side of the turbo looks too small to be of anything major and at a ma...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Dry sump and 100% even weight distrubution.

I'm wondering how too now :S
You can change the behaviour of the car (how weight shifting effects the car)
by adjusting the suspension but how to weight it?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Dry sump and 100% even weight distrubution.

Ive discussed this before about the weight distribution but my idea was relocate the fuel tank to the frunk. But the fuel tank is in the middle mid/rear, so I always thought of a fuel cell in the frunk. it will reduce the weight of the car and aid in weight as well. But its just my crazy idea take n...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Tein 'Type Flex' Coilovers - Advice

Not being expert here but the best way to describe the lowering you describe is to tighten the b racket as if you were finished with adjusting, Then hook both spanners onto th lower bracket and you have to move it with enough torque to twist the tube into the suspension arm mount. I used to ride min...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] arc intercooler? any good

ARC spend tons of money on research and development so im sure its a good bit of kit. I looked at them before I got my ST205 CC as i'm an ARC fan. The core is very good, tiny fins result in better heat exchange and its quite a big core to add to that :D The inlet and outlet are also good as its at t...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Twin Coolers? intercooler/chargecooler

The twin mount IC would work I think but must be made to perfect precision to get most out of it. The T pieces would be the most important factor to good or bust. In the back of the yaris they have lots of space, If you were to twin mount ICs in the MR2 that would be so annoying to find the space to...
