Re: Lean out on a supercharger with Fensport pulley?
Ok 12" idea scrapped,
So for long runs, how do you avoid heat soak. Or is not worth worrying about on a road car.
Also what about all the tubbys that have dual mounted spal fans in the engine lid is this also wasted effort.

Fans are really only any use for aiding cooling when you're at a standstill.
Does that depend on sucking or blowing? Oh err

I'm pretty sure they are, years ago I picked up a set cheap, that turned out to LHD, I kept them for years, My parents then moved to France I gave them to my Dad to fit them to his Mk1 out in France result. Yes I'm a pie eating key who never throws out anything that might be useful in a half a decad...

She is aint she, the buddy club front splitter really makes the front more aggresive I :thumleft: it. But the it's the whole package makes the car really pop, Paul (munter) previous owner did a sterling job of keeping the car in good shape. My list of jobs. Change relay in passenger door as central ...

Re: Lean out on a supercharger with Fensport pulley?
The biggest issue is intercooling. Chris is unlikely to track his car I would say, so there is no need to worry about a piggy back ECU or a standalone one. Many, many people have run JDM 4AGZE's with big pulleys without issues for years. I used my old car a lot on track, with no issues, the interco...

Not for sale
Exhaust is growing on me, well it gives me time to get the Janspeed sorted with a flexi, had a good blast yesterday, had a twit in a saxo try race, me, I just made his ears bleed as I pulled away.

Mine's had the pulley mod, done by woodsport, including ABV mod, I'm interested in this thread, mainly to see where it goes.

Don't know why I never thought about this but. I just thought about about my brother in law, he is a charge hand in a an engineering works, he made me a stainless steel water blade for my pond a few years ago, I'm sure he could do it he builds things under far more stresses than an exhaust. It is something i could do for you, if you send it to me when the time comes i will tig weld a flange and flexi in for you, only charge for the parts, i'll do it for free to help out. That Janspeed is going to be loud though, for me the Mongoose has the best sound to it on a Mk1, my daily driver SC...

I had heard about that but, I do very little miles so thought it could wait  But advice not ignored, where am I likely to get that done, not sure where to look TBH, Also I assume your talking about where the down pipe meets the rear section, roughly where the Magnex has a flexxy section. The Ja...
