I run 16's in the front and 17's on the rears. Best of both worlds then

225/45 up front and 255/40 on the rear.

What wheels do you have at the moment?

7J/8.5j is a nice stagger.

215/245 would fit really nice on that setup. I always found 215 on a 8j looked slightly stretched. On a 7J its going to give the rim more protection.

Right i'm due to change my oil and want to put fresh stuff in for the winter.

What oil grade would be best suitable for the cold weather and short journeys of 3 mile trip to work each day?

Cars pretty standard apart from exhaust etc.

I would love a pair of after market seats but i've read most of the seat rails make the seats sit higher than stock rails.

The will certainly require spacers to fit. Also you can get then in all different sizes and widths.

HKS Silent High Power? Not overly loud. Sound nice on full chat.

Maybe look at building something around the 5s block with a 3s head? I know its stronger than the 3s block and a lot of US owners build for high power around this block.
