Hi.
If by door cups you mean the above, as shown in your photo, providing they are not cracked or damaged I'd like a pair please.
Thanks.

[Mk2] [Generic] Spinning Gear Lever Knob
Have you suffered from the dreaded spinning gear lever knob problem? I've tried several different methods to stop this but without success. The threaded nylon insert within the knob eventually wears away and the knob spins. As it's the Rev 5 knob I'd like to keep it. Does anyone know a way to cure t...

Re: Simply Jap At Beaulieu 30th July
So the advance booking price if you take your Jap Car to the Beaulieu event on 30 July is £10 and includes the driver?
Other adults in the car pay £24.75? (Beaulieu seem anxious not to make the general admission price easy to find on their web site.)
M'mmmmm.

[Mk2] [NA] Zircon Blue owners. Can you advise please?
I have a 1994 Rev2 N/A in Zircon Blue paint finish. Can anyone with a similar colour 2 confirm if the rubber type gasket fitted between the back window top 'spoiler/surround' and the roof panel is finished in Zircon Blue or is it in a self coloured darker blue finish ? Those with original paintwork ...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Which brake hoses to fit ?
Used new copper washers and tightened banjo bolt to 30Nm as per Repair Manual. Used HEL stainless banjo bolts but would not have thought this would have been the problem. In some respects it is possible that the length of the hose from the mount point on the strut to the banjo bolt is not long enoug...

[Mk2] [NA] Which brake hoses to fit ?
I've had a set of HEL brake hoses fitted to my 2 and binned them when one of them became loose at the caliper end. I currently have a set of Goodridge fitted and the same thing has happened again, this time on a different caliper. Fortunately, the brake fluid on both occasions was on the garage floo...

[Mk2] [NA] Broken Brake Bleed Nipple Removal.
Hi all. Rather stupidly, though accidentally, I've broken off flush the steel, not stainless, brake bleed nipple from the NEW front nearside brake caliper that is fitted to my 2.! I've a set of Easi-Outs and tried to remove the nipple but chickened out as it seemed totally reluctant to come out and ...

[Mk2] [NA] Which make standard height springs to fit ?
I'm renewing the front suspension on a '93 Rev2 N/A and find that Toyota can no longer supply original front coil springs. :( I only want standard height, definitely not lowered, so has anyone fitted aftermarket items that do not jack the car up beyond standard spring height levels ? (Currently 25.5...

[Mk2] [NA] Front Shockers' Dust Covers + Bump Stops.
I'm fitting new standard front shockers etc to my '94 Mk2 N/A. As the Toyota OEM rubber dust covers and bump stops are really rather expensive for what they are, and even those from MR2 suppliers are fairly pricey, has anyone fitted less costly alternatives ? Having done some research, maybe those f...

[Mk2] [NA] Renewing Front Fog Lamp Bulbs
Hi All.
Can someone tell me if it is possible to replace a front fog lamp bulb without removing the complete unit. I think I may wreck the plastic mounting brackets if I attempt to.
Thanks if you can advise.

Have I got it wrong?
I understood that links to third party sales were not acceptable here.
As you are a Mod you probably know better than me.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Sills in Manufacture for SW20
Shame they are not made long enough to replace the entire sill.
Maybe his guillotine and / or brake press cannot cope with that.
Ka replacements are long enough but rather thin, probably 22swg. Pity they do not make them heavier.
