REV1 front brake pads
Hello everyone, I am looking to replace my front pads on NA rev1 and I am not sure which ones are correct. I would prefer the EBC redstuff if they exist, or something similar, which would mean a slight upgrade over existing cheap ones. Thanks for the input

Re: REV1 front top strut mounts
That are amazing heads up! And how difficult is to remove the strut insert? I am expecting the nut to be seized, or is not that much of a big deal? Thanks

Re: REV1 front top strut mounts
I didn't consider dust boots yet. Thank you very much for clarification, I will use Apex springs also, and I have no more worries about the suspension. It's probably a wise idea to do droplinks also right? Thank you for you help!!

REV1 front top strut mounts
Cheers guys, I just ordered KYB inserts to rebuild my suspension. Apex springs are the same from 89-00 am I right? I was reading that REV1 top strut mounts are different. Can anyone provide me pictures of which ones I need to buy? I am listing a link bellow if this part is correct? http://www.ebay.c...

Re: rev1 coilovers
Okay, you got me. What about the whole front strut for 56? Is it probably the same as refurbed with new inserts. To be honest, I don't want to deal with saving rusted struts with new inserts, I'll rather order complete new insert and struts and lowering springs. Thank you all!

Re: rev1 coilovers
I would look at refurbing the shocks you have with new inserts from tcbparts. Then some apex springs that lower 30mm. New dust boots from mr2ben and new kyb top mounts from the bay. Hey, thanks for the input, but the shocks are beyond refurbing I think. They are rusted, seized and I am looking to h...

rev1 coilovers
Hello everyone. This has probably been answered 100 times, and all ebay sellers have written all years of Toyota MR2, but I just wanted to be sure... Are all coilovers for rev2 the same or do I need the REV1 specific type of coilovers or do I need to make some modifications for other revs to fit? I ...

Re: Rev1 pop up lights works one against other
Yes I did, both of them, and when trying to switch them on and off again, they went on their normal state, one up and one down, and oposite when i turned lights on :( the right one, the one that has wires intact is harder to turn by hand, that the left one. The left one turns much more freely when t...

Re: Rev1 pop up lights works one against other
Well, since noone replied, I went in diagrams myself. I tried to switch the motor wires, but the lights still do the same. Is it possible that the retract control is guilty of this? The inside looks okay, but you never know that happened there. Thanks
