Do they offer any material by request? Looking for a perforated leather gaiter for mine.

Re: which one better
As stated they're the same turbo except the Caldina turbo is part of the manifold casting. The manifold bolt pattern is different so won't fit a previous generations AFAIK

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Help identifying and fixing wiring.
So are mine but I suspect that's because the previous owner dropped some 6x9's in the lids. The wires are there for them though. The stock amplifiers are those big things behind the seatbelt labelled right and left like shown in the first picture are they not. I think it's been half removed and repl...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Help identifying and fixing wiring.
Yeah I forgot about that. I think I've sussed out just wtf was going on behind the dash. The car had 6x9s fitted to an under seat amp then wired to the head unit although it never worked. The wires in the footwell appear to be a lazy attempt at wiring the front speakers seperatly. What I need to fig...

[Mk2] [Generic] Help identifying and fixing wiring.
So today I started looking into the wiring issues that currently plague my car. I've been trying to figure out why the rear speakers aren't working and have unearthed an absolute mess. Originally I was just hoping that once I removed the old amp and 6x9s it would be a simple fix. WRONG. First of all...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Plug and play brakes?
I thought goodridge fittings were also zinc plated rather than being true stainless?
Naturally this is something I want to do on mine but I want the proper lines with the brackets and proper stainless lines rather than coated ones from previous experience.

Does anyone run these? I've been looking for info on the "weather proofing" which I presume mean's they're zinc coated.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Greddy Trust Intercooler
http://www.roguesystems.co.uk/forms/Product.aspx?ID=398 That does look nice .. need more info .. can it flow 400 plus ? Indeed. That looks like the one to go for although the water piping is a bit excessive. Could be a lot shorter rather than running around the entire frame of the car. After a bit ...

Re: Headlight issue
I know you can wind them up manually but it takes forever. I wonder whether it has something to do with the relay although then again they wouldn't come up at all if that was dodgy.
May turn my attention to the indicator stalk. Might be a broken wire on there.

Re: Coolant temp goes down after high rpm
I have the same problem with my non turbo. It scared the crap out at me the first time as I've never seen that before. Ended up buying a new rad, anti sneeze, stat and temp sensor. Probably a bit over kill but that's me  Turns out it may of been a good call as I've found evidence of rad wel...

Headlight issue
I've got an issue with the headlights, the service setting on the stalk doesn't do anything so the headlights wont stay up to do a bulb change. The headlights do pop up no problem but it's a pain in the ar$e changing the bulb with the bulbs illuminated.
Any idea's what the problem maybe?

It's a UK 96 Rev3. Didn't come with factory sub. Just the 6 speaker setup.

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Aerial options.
If it is an aerial on the rear wing, are you saying the aerial extends/retracts fully but the signal quality is rubbish. I should of been a bit clearer. I was looking for alternatives to the huge flag pole. I used to dig the old 90s aerial but it's not my thing any more. Get rid of stock 80's crapp...

[Mk2] [NA] Aerial options.
I used to use a modified honda s2000 type on the Supra with a booster which was pretty meh in terms of reception. I'm just wondering if there is any options similar for the MR2?

Re: Speaker fitment / Wiring diagrams. please contribute!
Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out why my rear speakers are not currently active. I had the dash apart and whoever messed with the loom originally didn't think an ISO adapter would be adequate so the stock loom has been spliced and pieced together with a load of bullet connectors, very lazy work. Wh...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] High first initial idle.
Seems a bit excessive to me. Are you sure? I've never known any engine to idle so high for so long. Surely it could possibly be the flap inside the IACV or ISCV, as it seems to be referred to in these circles, sticking a bit no?

[Mk2] [NA] High first initial idle.
Hi guys, I've currently got a very annoying issue, mostly when cold, where the engine idles up to around 2k revs and takes a good 5 minutes before it drops to around 1k. It does eventually settle at around 850 ish but it just feels like there's excess air entering the engine although I can't find no...
