I have been mega busy over the last couple of weekends on the final push to get the mr2 into paint and ready to drive on the road... The bore for Rev1 crank case breather is 16mm

Yeah Im going to get a mini filter for that was meant to measure the size of the pipe.. unless anyone knows what it is?

My stock boost gauge dosent even move either would the BOV contribute to that aswell?

Would this then cause the air to flow the right way through the BOV?

Whats the VTV valve? Only came with the t-piece for the smaller bore pipe connecting to the larger bore pipe .

Yeah the vaccum is hooked up coz I replaced all the hoses...I cant say if the BOV was working before... Yeah its plumbed back into the intake pipe.

Think ill need to look for a second hand BOV

After I have rebuilt my engine (Rev 1 tubby) about 4 months ago I finally took it down the road to the spray booth. I was taking it easy all the way just in case, but I noticed that I had really loud flutter between gears. ( I have standard BOV) Also as it was a country road I was trying to get to 6...

I plugged in the pressure switch and fans are still staying on constantly. What else do I need to to?

Been looling around and I dont think I can be bothered with the faf of fitting a rev 5 spoiler... Might just go autopista instead

Cheers for the heads up why are oem so expensive though?

Ive been looking to replace my rev 1 3 piece spoiler and I like the look of rev5 spoiler but not overly keen on price of them. Seen this on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/191776090229 wondering if any has one fitted? Or knows how they are to fit?

Check all you rubber intake pipes for spilts/ perishing

I should have this sorted by using a spare pressure switch from another mr2.
