Personally, Air filter wise there there all similar. A big K&N , Apexi or Hks filter are the most common. exhaust wise the Apexi single is very loud if im not mistaken. The hks single seems to have a nice subtle note without being to intrusive. I have a twin blue flame on mine which is loud but ...

Feel for you mate .. Id agree with ashley in that if you want big power then rebuild the engine that let go if it is not scrap. Although this is costly to do properly. Decided to tidy my engine bay up as it was looking real tatty . Seeing as I had new forge actuator and new rocker cover and turbo to downpipe gasket to fit.
