Increased lag as you're running longer piping. A little increase in pipework isnt gona cause a massive amount of lag, unless you have loads of joins that is. Anyway if your running 400bhp who cares if the turbo kicks in 300 rpm later It will be more than 300 rpm as you'll be running a larger turbo ...

I wouldn't dump it on the road, It's dangerous especially for riders. I would catch it in a bottle that way you can measure it. When did you last clean your intake pipe? Oil vapour from the breather pipe will build up overtime.

Attach a catch can to the end of the breather pipe (that's currently potentially dumping oil on the road ) and go for a spirited drive, how much oil is in the catch can afterwards?
