I have to say does seem like a low speed to flip with such a low center of gravity but it obviously can happen? Was it a t bar? what kinda shape was it in after? will the stock valves, valve springs and crank etc handle 450bhp? realistically this is as far as I will push my car in the end and need to know what stock parts to upgrade... Fuel pump and turbo are obvious, as are intercooler and pistons but what else?

How much do I need to do to run 300 wheel hp? would be about 340bhp at the flywheel I reckon.... I know on st205 celica's all you need to up the boost and increase cooling capabilities. Doesn't need to be all the way up to 300whp but close to that figure
