Re: sticky gear change
Recommend the Super-Klasse bushings, cup & drop plate. Although at that point you might as well get the short shift kit which includes the drop plate and refresh it fully. Noticed they sell a cup for the Racer X kit also.

Re: Rev2 turbo 300ish bhp
I'm in the same boat - slowly bringing a Rev2 Turbo to 300WHP. You're missing the Metal Head Gasket- Rev 2's apparently blow above 1 bar/14.5 PSI ish with the stock composite head gasket so there's a risk of it going. ATS racing say the rev2 gasket is good to 350whp, i have run mine at 15psi for 10...

This is looking really nice, some very tasteful mods going on :thumleft: Am I correct in thinking the Mishimoto lug nuts are aluminium? Thanks. The lugs seemed to be best bang for buck. The only downside is the colour wears from mechanics using their impact guns when they're suppose to be hand tigh...

All fixed, turns out I had a bad fuse that wasn't visibly faulty. Weird eh? I think my speedo capacitors are on the way out as that took 15 mins to burst into life & it's been a bit temperamental.

Updated Thread Title* Hey folks, Problem solved - Water from the recent storms had got in the car and filled the cubby behind the drivers seat. Inside is a 'JDM' inverter that the original owner wired in. This had short circuit causing the the fuse to blow. Today I set in motion & removed the un...

How does it compare to the Mr2? On another level? I'm always on the eye out for what could be my next car as it has been 6years with mine. Always trying to justify cost vs fun in an upgrade. Does a Turbo mr2 still scratch that itch?

100% I wouldn't go back. It's the poly bushed engine mounts that cause rattling and drone in the cab which I personally wouldn't be interested in.

Re: How to make the car less crashy??
I'm currently on stock Rev 2 turbo shocks and dampers fully poly bushed. My rubbers were all knackered so the poly bush actually made the car more predictable, comfortable and less crashy. My springs and dampers are also knackered but I'll get round to replacing those at some point.

Re: Mr2 Mk2 - Super-Klasse Shifter lever Seat Cup
Did you find it made much difference, I didn't know there were replacements alternative to Toyota. T I've replaced my entire setup with super klasse C shifter and hard bush mounts so I can't note a specific change. However it does sit in the cup much tighter with less movement from stock from what ...
