If you are wanting to do a good job the Rev3 head is a worthwhile upgrade. If you are thinking of changing blocks don't be put off a particular Rev block as it is luck of the draw, some last at silly boost, some crack at standard.

Thicker oil will increase oil pressure but sacrifice oil flow.

My turbo has got MT90 and can't tell the difference from what was in before, which was some mineral stuff. I would go for the Gulf competition gear oil next time, as I like their engine oil.
