Thanks for the opinions so far.
I should say that the car is based up in Cambridge atm so anywhere near there is ideal although I can bring it back home to Southampton. Or any where within reasonable distance.
Yes if they have mr2 mapping experience that would be great.

Recommend me a mapper/sparky
I'm in need of a mapper/auto electrician to sort out my Link G4 Storm ECU. The car needs some wiring to make the engine play nicely with the rest of the car and I need a new map in it as well becuase the current map is from a race mr2 so not really great for me driving it on the road. So can anyone ...

Re: Leftovers - Android OBD1 Group Buy
I should add that the price of these come down from as little as 3 units. 12 or 24 is ideal though. Alot of the final price is down to international postage (and re packaging/posting around UK). The actual cost of the box is a very fair price. Whoever organises this just let me know and I'll pass th...

[Mk2] [NA] How to remove head?
Unfortunately I need to remove the head on my 3sge as im confident that the head gasket has given in. I may end up just changing the engine but seems silly to if the damage isn't that bad. Can I do this with the engine in situ and is there any awkward tools I need or things I should be mindfull of w...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Strut Brace Bolt Size ?
That's great, thanks guys.
I'v got an ultra racing one on order which looks to bolt to the firewall also so ill just see if we have any m10s at work that I can borrow for that.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Strut Brace Bolt Size ?
My stock front brace doesn't bolt under them. I was under the impression that an aftermarket one would fit in the same location?

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Final drive options for the S54 + helpful spread sheet for people
I have been thinking of doing a similar thing although I'm not sure I would want 4.5 diff as I tend to have to use the motorway more often than I'd like to. I would say a diff closer to 4.3 would be more practical (although still annoying at motorway speeds). Unfortunately I can't help you on the co...

Re: Leftovers - Android OBD1 Group Buy
Last unit is now sold. Thanks from all those who showed intrest.
I will check my last known pricing but IIRC we need 12 units or more to get a decent discount. If someone would like to start a proper list I don't mind arranging another order.

Re: CarBen Fibre Creations MK2 Part Discussion
I would love to see some carbon fiber t tops so I could swap out the glass ones when at the track. A function front and rear splitter in any material would also get my vote - maybe somthing like a crux replica front lip or the one from madpsi A roof spoiler maybe Some carbon cup holders for the mr2 ...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] what colour wheels on Teal '2 ?
I think the colours that suit this best is white black or dark grey. mine are powder coated in anthracite grey. This colour let's me get away with not cleaning them for ages too. My preference on split rims is a polished lip with a colored centre. Spray cans will be fine if you do it well but as has...

O Ok that makes sense. So as long as there is no play side to side it's fine.
