Just had a mechanic friend have a look over it. Seems the radiator has blown (which the previous owner had bodged with k seal) dropping coolant and letting air in.

I just really hope thats the end of the problem. Anyone got a reccomendation of where to buy a radiator at a good price?

Is it worth mentioning that ive just fitted an induction kit? I was hoping it could be something to do with that

I did use an adjustable spanner with an allen key through it for leverage, but wasnt sure if they "wound" in or just pressed in?

If I was to "wind" the brake back rather than simply force it back with a clamp, could that do the job?

I'll give it another go then. It just seemed that the (excuse my non-technical terms!) metal cover-type piece behind the disk was in the way, so thought I may have to remove the entire hub assembly? I hope I can do it the easy way!!

Hey, I snapped a wheel stud last week, and got my hands on a replacement. I tried to fit it yesturday by removing the brake caliper and sliding it behind the disk and into the hole it fits in, but there wasnt enough space for me to do this.
