Great chassis dynamics, but it looks like a kit car.

Re: Best way to tackle roundabouts/bends?
Yes, GORDY,it did cross my mind that cost perhaps came into it,but i seem to recall that the Lotus handling guru (forget his name--showed Clarkson once on TG how to drive an Elise to avoid excessive understeer) wasn't too keen on lsd's. Come to think of it,has any Lotus model, past or present, been e...

I think this is the reason that Lotus never fitted an lsd to the Esprit--even the last V8 models.

More likely they could not source one in small quantities at low cost.

You asked for opinion...
ABSOLUTELY F_CKING TERRIBLE:
Does not match the lines of the car.
Looks like it has melted.
Looks like a cheap and nasty afterthought for those desperate for attention (seek therapy).

To JekylandHyde: always interesting to follow your progress. Please keep it up. To RyanRS: acceleration is about torque, gearing, traction and drag. You need to have a good undrstanding of all of them and how to make them work together. The web has a lot of info and an hour with your mate Google wil...

Yup, I've been in a 600 hp car with a straight cut box and virtually no 'silencer' and it certainly is an event.

It demonstrates everything which is wrong with modifying cars. It should be subtle, coherent and devestatingly effective. However this is just a tart's handbag with bits crammed on it because it's 'trendy'. It represents everything that a mature and balanced car modification should not be and is the...

Light and fast? There are no cars that are light and fast. You obviously bought a motorcycle then. Ariel Atom? Caterham 7? Lotus Elise? All light and fast. Though I have to go with the motorcycle comment as I believe the above cars have already been disgarded. They may all be fun to some degree, bu...

The one thing you lack is a structured plan. Having spent a lot of money don't throw it all away owing to disorganisation. You have all the right ingredients, it just needs final soting out. Find a specialist who has done this before and get it finished properly, doing it one step at a time in a log...

Borrow an ammeter. Turn off the ignition. Set ammeter to highest range - likely to be about 10Amps scale. Disconnect ground wires from battery negative terminal. Connect the ammeter between the battery negative terminal and the ground wires (that normally connect to the battery negative terminal). C...
