set but running pig rich
I set to 67.5 % and 0.56ms but cannot get it to idle and its running pig rich. It has HKS 264 exhaust and 272 inlet cams that I degreed to 103 and 110 deg, I expected the idle to be a bit rough but this is so lumpy and rich. oil pressure up !!!!
Many thanks guys oil pressure up after following Nathans and Pacific Works advice, too late to start the car now after reconnecting up everything, hopefully tomorrow

cheers guys Head gasket fitted correctly it has an arrow to help, did silicon seal the sump and did not go mad on the amount, all new seals and gaskets were used, however something I have done is surely wrong. Just finished a forged engine build, removed the spark plugs and disabled the injector relay and coil and have been cranking over the motor for 5 minutes now but no oil pressure! Oil light stays on and oil pressure gauge does not move I even removed the oil pipe to the oil t piece but that's dry The...

panic over bought a steel rule from W H Smiths that worked a treat, perfect fit to align up both plate splines up, the gearbox just slotted in then

looks good building a simular motor myself for racing, just one thing the Nozz manifold looks as though it will be very close to the rear heat shield come bulk head, or is just a trick of the camera

i was racing in class c showroom class for a few years but have just moved into classB modified the last race as class c has become class caterham.

no just looking for a better rad as I managed to drive home 30 miles after topping up and bleeding system, no sign of contaminates in any fluids.
Yes i always get excellent starts and usual make up a few places if i'm not driven into (novice in RX7 ) lol

missing the point here that is some skill full driving, I have tried drifting my own Tubby and it aint easy with so much rear grip and weight.
