Re: wtf

now that is well thought out. cooling the turbo with the side air. I would be very scared for my paint work on the side of the car being that close if no fire wall is fitted (the ally plate)

Re: Tesco's 5w40 fully synthetic, OK?

tbh chap i know you turbo owners and the reason most people own a turbo is to give it some.

I use to use 10 - 50 oil which is racing grade. It does cost about 40 - 50 for 5l tho

but it's designed for race use and turbo temps with the nice weather we have been having

Re: pics of top mount i/c. anyone from here?

I think fail fail and fail more

Just think about the heat soak without the car even being started. It's like a greenhouse with only some small holes. I would never mount anything above the engine inc a charge cooler. It's just wrong

Re: Is this possible??

as said mate you can go out and glaze the clutch and it will slip but now it sounds like youve dug back in (same with breakes). It also sounds like the clutch is going. I would replace it chap at the end of the day get a new light weight fly. don't cost that much but makes a world

Re: Best type of exhaust for my rev 3 tubby?

I have a custom blitz up for sale soon. Comes with the plug also (to make it quiet) but the braket needs welding (stainless). I will also supply a drop bracket for down pipe support. The reason i say custom cos it is custom. No bends straight from the turbo straight out the back. Heats up perfect to...
